Please use the feedback form to report any issues you encounter while running experiments. Submitting the form helps us assess the urgency and impact of each issue and ensure nothing gets missed. All submissions are automatically shared in a private Slack channel that our team monitors daily, so rest assured — every report will be reviewed and addressed as quickly as possible.
Alongside the feedback form, we’ve also created a dedicated Slack channel, which you should already have access to. This is your space to raise questions, report minor issues, or share ideas and feedback about the platform’s look, feel, or functionality. Our Customer Experience Lead, Arianna, will be monitoring the Slack channel daily, so you can be sure your requests will always be addressed.
